Okay, keeping with the bird thing ( lol) this one is for LZ. What type of bird is this ? We seen it on our lot at work. It was here for about 2 days, and then left. We haven't seen it since. It was hard to get a picture of it because it kept hiding and flying away.
Ignore the date on the camera ( it is wrong). If only March was bare ground( I think not). We still had a ton of snow here. The bird almost looks like a Robin...except it was skinny, and has a yellow chest. I had to zoom in because it was on the other side of the lot. Every time I got close enough it flew away. What is it ? I'm sure they are around, but this is the first time I have seen one that close.

My grandmother would be ashamed of me. I cannot name that bird. I could look it up in one of my many birdwatching books but I'm too lazy. Hope someone can tell you.

Renae ~ When I first looked at this bird I thought it might be a meadowlark, then a thrasher and now I say... I DON'T know, but it may be a Cape May Warbler or a Yellow Warbler... but I do love it even if I'm not sure what it is. ~ Thanks for thinking of me (and my bird-loves!) ~ jb///
